Refund Policy
 
The standard policy is No Refunds or Exchanges. But if something comes up closer to the event and you can't make it, we'll do everything we can to help. Just contact us!
 
 
Cancelled and Rescheduled Events
 
In either case, we'll alert you ASAP.
 
Cancelled Events - You'll get an automatic refund for tickets bought online or by phone using your purchase payment method. If you bought your tickets at a retail location, please return them at the same location for a refund. 
Rescheduled Events - We'll contact you with the new date and time. Can't make the new date? You may be eligible for a refund upon request.
 
 
Replacement Tickets
 
If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please contact us. Our Fan Services team is happy to help.
 
For damaged or destroyed Print-at-Home tickets, just print again from the link in your confirmation email or your My account.
 
 
Refunds and Exchanges
 
All tickets for events at participating venues are fully refundable for 72 hours after purchase, or when you buy tickets from us of equal or higher price, up until one week before the event. Some exceptions apply.
